During my recent stay at Smyros Resort, I found the location to be truly captivating. The views of the Mediterranean Sea from the hotel were simply breathtaking, offering a serene backdrop for a relaxing getaway. The room was cozy and adequate for a short stay, but what truly stood out was the warm hospitality extended by Mr Smyros and his attentive staff.While the end of the season meant the closure of the on-site restaurant, there were charming tavernas in the village within walking distance. I especially enjoyed a delightful meal at Mystroon by the beachfront. The welcoming atmosphere and attention to detail demonstrated by the Smyros family added a personal touch to the experience.The presence of essential amenities such as air conditioning and free Wi-Fi in public areas ensured a comfortable stay. Although some services like room service and car hire were not available, the value for the price paid for the room was reasonable considering the stunning views and the impeccable service provided. For those seeking a peaceful retreat with a touch of Greek hospitality, Smyros Resort offers a good balance of luxury and affordability.
